“If you are a true Christian, a believer in Christ, one who has been born again, you are righteous, you are in right standing with God, and absolutely nothing can change that. You are righteous as Christ is righteous.” (Pure Grace, page 50)

2 Corinthians 5:21 clearly states our position in Christ and our subsequent state of being as “the righteousness of God”. Righteousness is an actual reality for every true believer! Remember, righteousness is positional reality not a performance reality.
Receiving the truth that we are in “right standing” with God is one of the most life-changing moments one can experience. Christ did this for us and offers what He did, and who He is to us as a gift. Receive the gift with joy and begin experiencing the reality of your righteousness. Remember, righteous living best follows “right believing”!
