STATIC Student Ministries
Our teenage years are some of the most volatile years of our lives where we shape our understanding of the world around us as well as our spiritual beliefs and viewpoints on God. For many, it is also a time when we can feel the least understood. STATIC is a safe place for your teenager to have a voice, to be understood, and be with friends in an incredible space designed just for them complete with arcade games, air hockey, and areas just to hang. Most importantly we will learn the truths about God’s love towards us and what great lengths He has gone through to redeem us to Himself through his Son, Jesus. This is done in a creative way that your teenager will relate to.
You never know what to expect at STATIC! Every week our youth band leads us in exciting (loud) worship that is modern and engaging. There are funny skits, videos, crazy games, and prizes in every service as well as a time to enjoy the facility and talk with friends.
We want to partner with you in teaching your child the truth of God’s love, the grace He has poured out for us on the cross, and who we are in Christ. We believe that these truths are central in everything we learn. Whether we are talking about relationships, building character, or giving our best in school we believe that if we see ourselves through the “lens” of who God has made us to be it will positively shape every aspect of our lives.

What should my teenager bring with them?
A Bible and a pen, any friends they want to invite, and a good attitude! We do have a snack bar if they want to purchase a soda or chips for 50 cents each ($1 for both).
Your child will not be allowed to leave before 8pm without you personally checking them out once they are inside. We do not allow any student to wander around the building or leave it for any reason without supervision. If your child needs to leave prior to 8pm please let one of our adult leaders know.
What age group is STATIC intended for?
Middle and High School students are invited to join us (ages 11-18). Home school students should meet both criteria as well (age and grade).
Can a parent sit in on a service?
The short answer: Yes, of course. The longer answer involves remembering what it was like to be a teenager. At STATIC we want to give your teenager a place of their own. Even if you and your child have an incredible relationship most teenagers would enjoy having a service where they can express themselves without having their parents looking over their shoulder. However, if this is your first time we would love for you to join us and we’ll make sure to give you the grand tour. If you have any concern at all you are encouraged to contact Pastor Javin.
