Local Love Project
Saturday April 6 • 10am-12pm
In the Glow and Ember are hosting Love Missions for a Packing Party Saturday, April 6! This organization focuses on bringing awareness and relief to women and children affected by poverty and human trafficking. Co-founder Tina Adolph will share her experiences and vision for Love Missions. It is their hope that through demonstrating love by working hands-on with victims of trafficking and by bringing relief to those affected by poverty they are letting them know how priceless they are and helping them to rebuild their self-worth and overcome fear. Join us for breakfast as we pack bags that will be given to these survivors. There are two options for you to choose from:
Option 1 ($35): Survivor Freedom Bags
These include: devotional, journal & pen, teddy bear, towel & washcloth, blanket, hair ties, socks, lotion, body spray, deodorant, bar of soap, shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb or brush, shaving cream & shaver, sanitary pads or tampons, homemade card
Option 2 ($15): Basic Freedom Bag
These include: shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush & toothpaste, shaving cream & shave, washcloth, bar of soap, deodorant, comb or brush, sanitary pads or tampon, homemade card
